Double-hook conveyor Shot Blasting Machine


The tunnel type machine is designed for the shot-blasting of medium and big size parts which are transported through the blasting tunnel by an overhead conveyor, which can be monorail, double rail or with hoists. Parts can also be supported from the ground by trolleys.
The turbines are mounted on both sides of the shot-blasting section of the tunnel, and their position and orientation are designed according to the type of structures to be treated. This machine can be installed in-line with painting or washing facilities. In case of restricted availability of electric power, the model "BASC" halve the number of turbines, which are mounted on oscillating supports.

Depending on the height of the machine, the installation may require a pit. The shot-blasting unit is completed with a self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector.
1.Shot-blasting Room:
  The length of shot-blasting room is 4000mm, and its structural style is as follows:
  The body case of shot-blasting room is a kind of welding structure by steel plate and steel sections. There are 16 impeller head around the shot-blasting room whose arrangement is the result of computer dynamic simulation that all arrangement angle and position are designed by computer. Each group of impeller heads keeps a certain angle with the movement direction of work piece which can guarantee to comprehensively clean up the work piece and avoid blasting projectile uselessly as far as possible. Thus enhances the utilization ratio of projectile to the maximum limit and reduces guard plate attrition of shot-blasting room. The room body shell is firm and durable with good rigidity.
The room body interior guard plate uses ZGMn13 with good barrier propterty whose service life is longer than 6000 hours.
2. Front and Back Sealed Chamber:
The front and back sealed chamber's length is 7000mm respectively.The sealed chamber connected with shot-blasting room with one side and the another side is equipt with air-operated folio door. The sealed chamber room body structural style is as follows:
The sealed chamber shell is made in welding structure of steel plate and section, which has enough intensity and rigidity. The front and back sealed chamber are equipped with security access door, which is very convinent to enter the inner rooms for work. The entire sealed chamber body structure is reasonable, firm reliable and with good rigidity .
The sealed chamber internal section that 2000mm apart from shot-blasting room is adopt by ZGMn13 high wear-resisting guard plate for protection, and the other parts are protected by 65Mn wear-resisting steel plate. The guard shield is installed in the way of the building block system, fixed with specially-made ZGMn13 nut whose barrier propterty is good and is convenient to disassemble. The entire sealed chamber protection performance is good whose service life can be longer than 10 years.
The sealed chamber base is equipped with pill-collection hopper, above which is equipped with perforation laminae cribrosa to filtrate projectile. Then only the qualified projectile falls the hopper to carry on duty-cycle utilization, the bulk material falls on the laminae cribrosa and was cleaned up artificially in certain time. By this way, it can protect the projectile circulatory system effectively and safely. It lays down ZGMn13 orifice casts material on the perforation lamina cribrosa for protection.
3.Shot-blast Cabinet and Pill-cleaning Cabinet:
The length of shot-blast cabinet and pill-cleaning cabinet is 9000mm respectively. The body structural style is as follows:
The shell of shot-blast cabinet and pill-cleaning cabinet is made in welding structure of steel plate and section, which has enough intensity and rigidity. It is installed on the back end of back attached room, mainly used for work piece postinjection and sweeping residual projectile on work piece. The room body shell is firm and durable with good rigidity. The room body side is equipped with the dust removal tuyere, through which the dust removal system carries on ventilates and dust removal to shot-blast cabinet and pill-cleaning cabinet. The design of dust removal tuyere is based on the principal of "upward delivers, downward inhale and upward discharge" which can agglomerate the dust air current as far as possible to the lower part and increases operator's visibility. The room body top and the side are equipped with 32 high luminance flares to guarantee sufficient brightness in the room. Each side of the room body is equipped with emergency exit.
  The interior of  shot-blast cabinet adopts δ5 wear-resisting rubber plate for protection whose protection performance is good with long service life.
The pill-collection hopper is equipped on the bottom of shot-blast cabinet and pill-cleaning cabinet on whichequipped with perforation laminae cribrosa to filtrate projectile. 4.Airproof the Top:
Seal gland is equipped in the balance beam opening area of room body top using the labyrinth type seal structure. The seal gland of shot-blast room and the front and back sealed chamber is composed by 65Mn guard shield, 3 layers ofδ6 polyurethane boards and nilon bristles row.The structure is absolutely designed in novel exquisite which can avoid the projectile rebounding to the outside of the room.
5. Air-operated Folio Door:
There are 4 air-operated folio doors which are installed on the outside of the front sealed chamber, between the back sealed chamber and shot-blast cabinet, between the shot-blast cabinet and pill-cleaning cabinet. The two front doors adopts the suspension way to hang the gate body on the steel on the top of great door through the slide rails. Under the gate body is equipped with the guide wheel, the front door is actuated by cable air cylinder. The structure is novel, reasonable and reliable, the switch is nimble, the closure is strict, the leak-proof quality is good.
The gate body is a kind of welding structure of steel plate and square tubes which has the characteristics of light weight, good rigidity and long service life.
The inside of the front and back sealed chamber adopts 65Mn wear-resisting steel plate to carry on the protection.
Under the front door, it is equipped with the 300mm width pill trough which avoids pill accumulating phenomenon in the front door guide slot. The automatic shot-blasting room has a rubber curtain behind the automatic gate so as to prevent the pill material departing from the shot-blasting room when the door opens.
